CATHY H., OWNER, MORRIS DRIVE

“Out of all the money spent renovating my beloved childhood home at the edge of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, the best investment was Deanne. We went from shag carpeting and wood paneling to gorgeous hardwood floors and a modern, open floor plan. We made a downstairs coat closet into a half bath and an upstairs linen closet into a laundry room. My father, who was a stone and brick mason, had built this home in 1955. To honor him, we took many of the worn stones from the front entrance and incorporated them into a huge outdoor fireplace. Deanne is so laidback and easy to work with. She has a great sense of what goes together and what doesn’t. She guided me every step of the way—from the nuances of paint colors to the best light fixtures to choose for each space. My three brothers were amazed with the transformation and we know our father would have loved it, too!”
